Having a detailed timeline for your wedding ensures you and your family receive the images you’re dreaming of for your big day. We will have very limited time during the wedding to take all the images you’d like, so planning things out ahead of time is essential for success! So let us know what your plan is. Make sure to list out all the family formal shots you’d like as well as any other special requests you have for me. We want to be prepared so we capture every moment. You may come across a few questions that you don't know the answer to, that's fine! Just try to fill it out as best as you can. When you’re all done with this wedding timeline questionnaire, we’ll go over it together in the pre-wedding phone call to make sure there’s time for every moment you’re wanting to capture!

I ask that my clients please limit total groupings to 10 to ensure we stay organized during the short period of time we have set aside for family formals. For 10 groupings it will take approx. 30 minutes for me to capture those and capture them well. To help family portraits go more smoothly, please assign an assistant from each of your families to gather family members at the scheduled family portrait time. Planning like this speeds everything up considerably. It will be very difficult to get everyone together in the same place at the same time after the reception has begun, so planning diligently is crucial for the family formals and ensures you will get the images you've been hoping for!
Please leave a minimum of 30 - 45 minutes for bride and groom photos and 30 - 45 minutes for bridal party photos. And 30 minutes for family photos.
